At the age of 8, Deborah embraced Christ as her personal Savior and gained a profound understanding of how God can and does communicate with children. Her deep devotion led her to commit her life to Him at a Christian camp when she turned 16. For more than forty years, she has been fervently involved in Children's Ministry, serving as the Children's Director at three different churches. Notably, she was the first full-time Children's Director in Gordon County at Belmont Baptist Church.

Currently, she holds the position of State Director for IGNITE 3:16, Inc. in Georgia. Her primary focus and passion lie in nurturing children to embrace God's love, accept Him as their Savior, and follow and serve Him throughout their lives. She achieves this goal by fostering connections between local churches and elementary schools. Additionally, she serves as the Kid's Ministry Consultant for the Gwinnett Metro Baptist Network (www.gmba.org).

Deborah resides in Georgia with her husband, Donny. They deeply cherish their three grown children, Mandy, Marc, and Matthew, and find immense joy in their roles as "Papa" and "Nana" to their five beautiful grandchildren: Maxton, Macie, Kai, Haley, and Kade.
